All I am trying to do is to download and install drivers etc for a CanoScan N640Pex which I have had for years. I cannot find a location to download the software which will install the device simply. Every download I have tried will not execute because it cannot find a module which is does not name. Is there a site with a complete uncompressed install suite anywhere? In other words, an image of the original CD which I cannot find?
I would really appreciate some help.

canon has a driver library and software database where you can find the contents of the CD...
