Question about Computers & Internet
At startup, I get an "Diskette Drive 0 Seek Failure" message. I can ignore & proceed by pressing F1, but how do I correct this problem without having to go through this process each time at startup?
Do you have a floppy drive on this computer, If so this message means that the drive is bad.
If you want to disable the message or you do not have a floppy drive, do the following:
Go into CMOS setup by hitting F2 key while the unit is booting up, scroll down to disk drives on the page, there you can disable the Floppy drive. Hit ESC and reboot.
