I put in wrong code and now it says disabled connect to iTunes but I set the phone up with wifi so how do I get in my iPhone?

Your iPhone is currently on disabled mode after entering wrong combination of password. There are several ways to gain back the access to your iPhone:

First Method: iTunes
1. Using your computer, open iTunes where you have recently backed up your iPhone.
2. Connect your iPhone. Once your iPhone is detected, a notification will appear to enter your passcode. Note: If the lockscreen doesn't show, proceed to next method.

Second Method: Update

1. While your iPhone connected to iTunes, powered on. Hold down the Power key + Home button simultaneously until the screen off, keep on pressing the Home button then release the Power key until iTunes detected that your iPhone is on Recovery Mode. Note: An iTunes logo will appear on the iPhone when Recovery mode is enabled.
2. On iTunes, click on Update iPhone. It may take a while to download the software, so leave it for a while connected until the installation complete.
3. Once updated, try unlocking your iPhone. Note: If you still can't unlock your iPhone proceed to next method.

Third Method: Restore (last option)
1. If method 1 and 2 fails to unlock your iPhone. Then try to restore your iPhone into its factory default and restore your backup after.
2. Go to recovery mode. See method 2 step 1 process to enable recovery mode.
3. Then choose Restore iPhone. Note: Restoring your iPhone will delete and remove all of your data including apps, music, photos, messages, contacts, notes, etc.
4. It may take a while to download and install the software, so leave your device connected until the process complete.
5. After your iPhone has been restored, choose restore from a backup or iCloud, then wait until your iPhone successfully synced your old data.
6. Try unlocking your iPhone.

Restore and delete all data

Are you saying that the phone is locked and that you don't know the password, or that you can use it, you just want to restore it to factory settings? If you can access the settings, you can either connect it to your computer and restore it using iTunes by selecting Restore Iphone in the summary pane, or on the phone go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings. You might need to use recovery mode if all else fails:

Step 1:

Connect the docking cable to the iPhone's docking port, and connect the opposite end of the cable to the USB port on the computer. The docking cable has a wide, flat end that goes into the iPhone and a USB end that requires a 2.0 computer port.

Step 2:

Run iTunes on your Mac or PC, and click the name of the iPhone in the program's window to access the phone's properties.

Step 3:

Click the "Restore" button in the Summary area of the iPhone's properties window. Click "Back up" on the dialog box to back up your iPhone prior to restoring it

Step 4:

Click the "Restore" button on the dialog box to start the device restoration process. Type your administrator password into the pop-up box to confirm you wish to restore the iPhone, and click "OK."

Step 5:

Click "Continue" in the Setup Assistant window, and click the "Restore from backup" option in the window.

Step 6:

Click the pull-down menu and click the latest backup date for your iPhone, and click the "Continue" button to open the backup file and transfer your previously saved information to the iPhone.

Step 7:

Click the "Eject" button by the iPhone's icon in iTunes after the restoration is complete to safely disconnect the device.

I cannot restore my iphone 3g 8gb at the end of restore process error massage 1011 comes. Can you help?

Have you tried to restart your computer and repeat the restore? And make sure that you have an excellent internet connection.

Do that first, if the error is still there, check if you have the latest version of iTunes on your computer. If not, update your iTunes by opening it and selecting "Help" from the menu bar then select "Check for Updates". After the update, do the restore again.

If you still get the error, follow my instruction on how to put your iPhone to DFU mode and restore.

Iphone will not restore error 13

You can resolve the restore issues using the troubleshooting steps found in this document:

1. Update to the latest version of iTunes

To see if you have the latest version of iTunes, open iTunes and check for updates.
  • Windows: Choose Help > Check for Updates
  • Mac: Choose iTunes > Check for Updates
If there is an update to iTunes available, install the update and try to restore again. If you do not have an active connection to the Internet, or your Internet security settings are configured to prevent iTunes from communicating with Apple, iTunes will alert you that the iTunes update server could not be contacted. Resolve your Internet issues and attempt to update again.

2. Restart your computer
Simply restarting the computer can clear up certain issues that could prevent you from restoring iPhone or iPod touch. After you restart, try restoring the device again in iTunes.

3. Open the proper ports and allow access to Apple servers
During the update and restore process, iTunes needs to contact Apple. Ensure that your computer has the following ports open and can access these servers:
Port 80
Port 443,,
If you see "Error 9807", you must open access to the following VeriSign servers:
If you are using a Windows operating system, you can follow this article to help resolve issues caused by third-party security software.
You may need to update, properly configure, disable, or uninstall built-in firewalls and other security software to prevent interference with iTunes. For assistance with this, contact the company that supports the firewall or security software you use. If you are using proxy settings, try to restore or update without using a proxy.
4. USB Troubleshooting
Connect iPhone or iPod touch to a different USB port on your Mac or Windows PC. USB 2.0 ports that are built in to the computer are preferred over a hub. If you tried connecting iPhone or iPod touch to USB ports on the front of the computer, try connecting them to rear USB ports. After doing this, try to restore the device in iTunes.
If the issue continues:
Remove all USB devices except the keyboard, mouse, and iPhone or iPod touch. Remove all USB hubs and connect directly to the computer.
Connect iPhone or iPod touch directly to the included USB cable, bypassing the dock.
Restart the computer.
Try to restore the device again in iTunes.
If available, test with alternative, known-good USB cables.

5. Restore on a different computer
If the issue is not resolved with the above steps, try to restore using a different computer. Ensure that the computer you use has USB 2.0 ports, the latest version of iTunes, and that you connect directly to the computer.
If another computer is not available, proceed to the Advanced Steps below.
