this is the second unit I got from the store and the same thing is happening

- I'm having the same problem. Usually it blinks when it's out of water but the tank is full. It's not producing mist and display keeps blinking. Is there a way to reset it or something? Help!- HillViv

- Same thing is happening to mine. I bought it last winter and it was fine. There were a few occasions when I would turn it on and it would blink for a minute before it it would start up, but when it did work, it worked great. I could turn it into a jungle in my living room if I wanted to. But when I took it out this winter, it would do nothing but blink.- Guest

- Same problem here, we are on our second one and it too won't stop blinking. The user manual is horribly ineffective. This has got to be the BIGGEST piece of garbage I have ever purchased! If anyone is even thinking about buying this unit; don't!! Find a different manufacturer that has the decency to have a home page with toubleshooting help.- Baron11
