Question about Computers & Internet
Well when an application is locked and (not responding) try to force it to shut off by going into task manager (rick click on the bar at the bottom of your desktop on any unused area and a menu will show the task manager then select it by clicking on it, or to type ctrl+alt+del and select task manager) and go into applications and select the application an click on end task, and click ok on any other window that comes up thereafter.
if that does not get your application to shut down, try to do it by looking for the process that runs the application and go into the processes tab in task manager and end any process related with the application (you may need to know or guess what process to end as the names sometimes may be acronyms of short versions of the actual name of the program you're running on the system.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
