Maybe you have residual coolant still in the lines from the leak you have already fixed and you just need to thoroughly blow them out? If the coolant is not just water maybe you need to rinse them out? Good luck!

When pressure switch is satisfied and turns off, air continuously blows out the side of the pressure switch

The check valve in the receiver tank is leaking. the check valve is located in the top of the tank where the copper discharge line from the compressor attaches. Shut off the power and bleed all the air from the receiver. Remove the copper line then remove the brass check valve. Once removed look in the check and make sure trash of some type is keeping it open. If trash is the problem clean and install. If not it will need to be replaced.

My ssl5l compressor builds pressure real slow now. Rings or Valves? it did get a little warm while sandblasting lately....

Very rare to have problems with rings. Blow-by would produce high pulsating pressure in the crankcase causing oil to blow out the oil filler plug/ dipstick. If normal crank pressure, suspect problem with valves or gaskets. Remove air filter cover and check for air blowing out of intake or very hot head or air discharge tube. Leaking valves or blown gasket will cause low volume/ low pressure and hot discharge air. Remove the in-tank checkvalve and look for carbon deposits /debris build-up. If the checkvalve and the interior or discharge hose are coated with oil deposits /carbon, most likely problem is valve plate/ gaskets /head. Good luck with your repair.

Hi,I got a Ingersoll Rand type 30 model 234 compressor. It looks good but it has no motor.I'm thinking like 120v,3horses?,but not sure about rpm.any help would be nice.thanks

According to the information you provided your looking at a 10 HP motor at three phase. Do you have three phase at your location? If not I would look into getting a single phase compressor. If you do want to get it going I would notify your local IR dealer so they can get you the right Model number, RPM, Pulley and Motor Frame Size to match your unit.

Please read below....Jim...if this helped you please send me a positive response...Thanks!

Bleeding air from fitting on side of pressure switch, fitting has 1/4 tubing running to it. This pressure switch is new out of the box.

The fitting on the side of the pressure switch is an unloader and should bleed air when the compressor shuts off, if it continues for more than 30 seconds then the tank check valve on the pump discharge line where it enters the tank is not closing off and needs to be checked or replaced
