Under settings I have to go and turn off the mirror image switch---after I make a good print and want to make more, the switch automatically changes back from off to on again----is there a way to make it stay in the off position?
It's letseatok again----I went and uninstalled the printer from the control panel and re-installed the printer using the cd-rom that came with the printer and that solved my problem. I guess for all programs, it's a good plan to reinstall them if they don't work the first time---it could be a small glitch that causes the problem, so start over-----for me everything turned out fine and I hope it works for you as well.

I had this same issue until i went to Control Panel>Printers> right click on printer in question>Properties>under General tab click Printing Preferences>under Advanced Tab click Mirror Image off>just in case that wasn't going to cure my mirror image turning right back on I went to the Printing Shortcut Tab and re-saved my shortcuts, checking back to Advanced Tab to make sure that the Mirror Image still showed off. I've had no re-occurrence of that issue since.
go to start, printers and devices, double click on your default printer (the one with the check mark) click on adjust print options, click ok on the popup window, click on the advance tab and there you will see different options for your printing preferences. click on the plus next to printer features, you will see mirror image and it will say off next to it. Click on it and change it to on. click apply, ok and you'll be set! To turn it back off just use the same process but select off under mirror image printing.
hope that helps!
The mirror image setting is in the printer properties/ printing preferences. You can either go to control panel/printers/properties, or when you press print, and the window pops up, in printing preferences you can choose the mirror image setting.
Hi I am Vortash if you want a mirror image of anything you print all you have to do is reverse it in the picture or the writings you are printing .. most good graphic/ paint programs will allow you to do this Paint shop pro to name but just one and Coral ?
So If you want the picture on your t-shirt the right way round after transfer just select mirror image before you start your print run .. Regards Vortash
Believe it or not, many printer drivers have a setting that allows you to print mirror images. Try to go through the tabs of your printer settings, especially under "advanced", and you'll probably find it. I know you probably already checked, but these strange settings are often on a tab with some "advanced" button or something that can be missed. Good luck! tell me the exact model and make if you're still stuck.
Go to control panel and go to printers or printers and faxes. If you see the printer icon right click on the printer icon and select printing preferences. Under printing preferences click on advance and look for mirror image. Click on mirror image and chage it to off
To solve this problem, you need to set the mirror image to 'off' under the advanced tab of the printing defaults and under the advanced tab of the printing preferences buttons. We had this problem for some time and since doing the above this has stopped.
