Hi Ringan,The Great Wall Vehicles we have seen are poorly put together and attention to detail is poor. Electrical circuitry is 'strange to say the least. and electrical components are not of high quality. The vehicles are probably good for about 150,000 km in our conditions. (Africa on poor roads. often pot holed and often gravel or dirt) The vehicles are sold a few thousand US lower than the competing Toyota, Isuzu and Nissan. The punch comes when replacement parts are required. Here the only place they are available is from the dealers and they hit the pocket very hard! I guess that side would depend on where you are and how honest the dealership is? They use engines which I believe are built under licence, but not to the standards of the originals and in fact do not display the original name. Some parts, water pumps and timing chain assemblies may fit, but I'm not very sure about sub assembly parts and engine management systems. Steering and suspension parts are similar to Toyota and Isuzu parts but not the same and cannot be used,.They look pretty but the the body work does not stand up well to utilitarian use. Interiors are pleasant but lack in quality finish. Given a choice I would look at them again in about ten years, when I believe they will become market leaders, but not now! Hope this answers your question. Regards John
