I have a side by side double door fridge. My freezer is cold and working fine but my fridge side is not getting cold.

check yor damper door, it's the little door at the top and or bottom of the fridge insid near the top and or at the bottom behind the crisper drawer when working right they open to let cold air in from the freezer and warm air out. top one cold in, bottom one warm air out.they work on a sensor/relay when the freezer fan goes on they open when cold air is needed.

Kenmore Refridgerator/Freezer does not work.

check your damper vent door located between the fridge and freezer and make sure its opening up to let cold air into the fridge, also check the evaporator fan motor and make sure its operating to blow the air around the inside of the unit

Condensation in refrigerator even in the morning

Are the temps in the fridge and freerzer as cold as they should be? The air circulates through the unit and the moisture is taken out in the freezer by the evaporator coils. If they are not cold enough the moisture won't be taken out. The freezer fan has to run to do this and the damper (vent) between the freezer and fridge has to be open. A door not closing good and leaky door gaskets will cause excess moisture.

My Jenn-air refridgerator model JCD2389GEW is not cooling

turn freezer to higher temp and turn fresh to lower temp this maximizes airflow into the refrigerator. check the door that regulates airflow into fresh side..see if its stuck closed for some reason. good luck! :)

Jenn Air JCD2389 fridge not cold on fridge side

You have plugged the defrost drain line. This is where the water goes to in the bottom of your freezer when it goes through the defrost (removal of ice from the freezer coil) cycle. It sounds like that hole is plugged and now the water/ice has now frozen in the vent that lets air circulate down into your refrigerator compartment. What I usually do in this case is to unplug the refrigerator, empty out the freezer compartment. Usually I also end up either pulling off the back panel or the bottom panel (in the freezer compartment) Looking for that defrost drain hole and thawing it out with a heat gun (be careful of melting plastic) or actually I use a hair dryer. I can sometimes do this also by pouring small amounts of HOT tap water onto it and then sopping/absorbing it away with a sponge or dishcloth. I repeat this until I get the water to go down the drain tube.

Try it and let me know!
