Replace the O2 Sensor, reset the ECU, and subject solve.
Good luck.

172 is:Oxygen sensor not switching - system is or was lean - Single, Right or Rear HO2S - Fuel control -generally means to just replace the O2 sensor, behind the cat on the right (passenger) side-monitors cat efficency, that by itself will not cause a performance problem unless your cat is really bad (as in plugged).
411-idle speed system not controlling idle properly (generally idle too high) - ISC and
412-idle speed system not controlling idle properly (generally idle too low) - ISC - your Idle air controller is just not doing it's job. and might be the cause of your other problem (172)-that doe3sn't mean you might not have to replace the O2 sensor or the cat if it is too far gone, but I'd look at that problem first-make sure it is plugged in, no intake leaks (use a can of throttle body cleaner to locate any leaks while the engine is idling). You sometimes can remove an IAC and clean it, clean the bore it came out of, and install it, and everything is good again-just spray the BOTTOM HALF of the IAC though, do not get any of the delecate electronics wet with cleaner. It does work sometimes.
538-System did not receive "goose" test - TESTS - this must means when you ran the KOER test, you did not satisfy the ECM that you 'goosed' the accelerator when requested-common and in no way an issue relative to the other codes. Your biggest concern is to figure out the idle issue (Idle Air Control)-then deal with the O2 sensor (remember it might be the cat, but that would be kind of unusual.)
