Hi Skitso,
The problem is listed as afax machine error but the error code quoted seems more to be that of an error on a cash register.
If this is correct and it is a Sharp cash register the error is telling you that you need to enter your clerk or cashier ID.
For ease of reply try pressing the "1" and then the CLERK ID key.
Regards
Gavin.

Our sharp ER-A310 cash register is not working, just beeping and showing E32 on the LCD display, cash draw does not open

E32 is usually an indication that the server or cashier has not been signed on. To resolve; 1) Press the clear button. Doing this will take you back to all zeros in the display 2) Enter the number 1 and then press the green or blue button which is labeled CASH, at this point you till have 01 in the display, indicating cashier 1 has been sign on.

Error code H 4 on Sharp AL 1041 copier

H4 is a fuser error. It sometimes can be cleared out. But sometimes it is the fuser lamp or one of the heat sensors.

Try to clear the error in service mode by hitting. clear, auto(exposure), clear, auto. The display will go blank, enter 14 and hit start key, turn power off/on, if problem is gone then you overheated, if not then you need a tech. Good luck.
