I am using XP Home edition.
I have a Plustek 35mm scanner with Newsoft Presto Page Manager which takes three to four minutes to load. Please can you tell me how to cure this.

You Should be able to go online to Incredimail and sign in then download the software and if you did not have the settings set to maintain a copy online then you will need to set up as if you are a new user of the software.

more than likely you need to download a driver for your scanner for your version of vista. Go to the link below and select your scanner and OS and download the driver. Install the driver and restart your pc. Let me know if this fixes the problem
Check these stuffs:
1. At first check your USB or cable, maybe these are wrong. check by other ports.
2. Be sure that you install cam driver on your OS, if you did not, you can search your driver in google an dyou should find it easily. Install it and enjoy it!
3. Be sure that if your webcam damaged or not!
This is a known issue when too many edits are made. Supposedly Camtasia Studio 6 (recently released) will decrease your editing time by 30%. I have not been able to verify this yet. The best way to resolve the issue is produce what you have as an AVI and start editing that, and so on, and so on.
