Sounds like the Graphic processor needs to be reflowed and new thermal compound (artic silver 5) installed. Its basically the same problem as the RROD just without the lights.
first check to see if the game is running at 50 or 60 pal make sure its the same on your xbox or try turning off your console take out the game turn it back on with the guide button the hold right trigger and y this will reset the display settings on your console
Check the cables again and make sure your audio and video are not turned around. Also make sure the HDMI is not switched on on the input cable unless you have your 360 set to that on an HD TV already. If that doesn't work you might have an issue with your video input in which case you can purchase a new one online or in the store.
The problem could lie in the audio video cable or Hdmi cable. Try replacing that or even taking the 360 back for a new one. If thats not the solution then it could be the input on your tv.
ok boys now this might work for some of you out there with the "no vedio problem" but it might not if your 360 is actually broken. i talked with microsoft and we worked together to find a small fix. it does not work 100% of the time but there still is a small chance.
Start off making sure the AV adaptor is set to "TV" or "HD" depending on what type of tv you have. then turn on you 360 with your first player controller when the 360 console turns on hold BOTH the left and right triggers and hold them down. then once you see on the console that first player is plugged in hold "Y" this should reset you 360 settings and restart you xbox 360. were not done yet unplug the power cord from the console along with the AV cables, wait 15-20 seconds then plug them back in and turn on the 360 from the consle if this does not fix the "no video problem" then you might want to look online for 360 repair guids, or sell it to gamestop and they will give you $40 store credit for a broken 360, or do what everyone else does send it in to microsoft. good luck boys.
Make sure you are using the correct video settings. Try using the basic red white yellow cords and see if that helps. Also make sure you have switched between HD and regular video. there is a switch on the video cable connector that plugs into the xbox.
