Question about Welding Tools
My son has suzuki tsx 50cc motor cycle. the previous owner has welded the kickstart on to the spline shaft. This has now snapped - how can i remove the remains from the shaft so that i can replace the kick start
You can use a hand heuld grinder and flat top the weld until you can see a visible line all the way around the spine and the lever. Than try tapping lightly. Maybe use a pully puller if it doesn't break free.
