If you go to www.remotes.com you can search for your remote by entering model number, number on remote, or part number. If you are unsure or unable to locate any of these 3 options you can just put in a few letters and a few numbers then it will give you search tips. In the search tips there is an option for you to go to Universal Remote Codes. Then you will need to select your brand of Universal Remote. Once you click on your brand it will bring up instructions on how to enter your codes and if you scroll down there are codes (in alphabetical order) for every kind of TV, VCR/DVD, & cable boxes.

Also, if you would rather purchase an actual original remote for your TV it does allow you to search for that as well, but you will have to have the model number. It will show you an actual picture with its features and gives you the price to purchase the remote that is supposed to go with your TV.

Good Luck!!!

I need a remote code for a rca remote for the olevia remote control can you help

Unfortunately Olevia is one of those t.v. brands that is not compatible with many universal remote controls. They make a Universal Learning Remote specifically available from Olevia on their web site that may solve your problem if your universal remote control turns out not to be compatible with your Olevia television.

As for what codes you can try, there are many, and the codes depend on your universal remote control brand. Many times, an RCA code will work for Olevia televisions, so you should try the RCA codes that come with your universal remote first, before trying any of these other codes.

If you have a Dish Network Universal Remote you can use code 506 or 127.

Direct TV remote codes vary by model number on the remote control, but the following codes work with most Direct TV remotes: 506, 127, 11144, 11240, 11331, 11610

Cable Vision use code 506

Charter and Movie Box remotes you can use 1144 or 1178

Comcast codes are 11144, 11240, 11331, 21075, 10159, 10154, and 10088

Cox code is 1610

Brighthouse remote codes are 1610, 1144, 1240, and 1331

Time Warner remote codes are 1610, 1144, 1240, 1331, 432, and 1610

If none of these brands are what you are looking for as far as your Universal Remote Control is concerned, many universal remote controls will work with Olevia televisions if you use the codes found under the RCA, LG, Phillips, and Yamaha in the code listing included with your remote control.

I'm looking for the remote code to program a directv remote to a Polariod model ttm-2410 tv. Know any?

direct tv gives this code 11641

Setup Instructions
  • Set the "Mode Switch" to TV.
  • Press and hold the "Mute" button and the "Select" button until the visible LED blinks twice.
  • Enter the 5 digit Code above.

  • more possible codes 11326 11991 10765 12002 11992

    still more

    11523 11276 11498 11327 11328
    11314 11262 11962 10865 11316
    11286 11341 10178 10835*

Codeslisted with an asterisk (*) are possible alternate codes for yourdevice. These alternate codes should operate the primary functions ofyour device in most cases (Power, Volume Up/Down, Mute).

There is no other setup code indicated for your product
that links to the model number you entered.

Youmay still find a setup code that works for your device by steppingthrough the library codes in your remote. The following instructionswill help you do this. StepNSet
    • Set the "Mode Switch" to the desired mode such as TV for a Television.
    • Press and hold the "Mute" button and the "Select" button until the visible LED blinks twice.
    • Enter the code "991" followed by the "device number"
      1. for Televisions
      2. for "AUX 1" devices - VCRs or DVDs
      3. for "AUX 2" devices - Audio
    • You can step through the setup codes for this mode by pressing the"Channel Up" key to go forward through the codes or pressing the"Channel Down" key to go back to the previous codes.
    • You can try out each code by pressing one or more function keys such as power, volume or digit keys.
    • When you've found the setup code that works for your device, press the "Select" key.
This is all the information I could find, Poraroid does not offer a URC code.

    Hope this helps

Need set up instructions and codes for one for all remote urc-3220

    SEARCHING FOR YOUR CODE
If your device does not respond to the remote control after trying all codes
listed for your brand, or if your brand is not listed at all, try searching for
    your code.
NOTE: Before performing a code search for a DVD player or a VCR, turn on the device and
    insert the required media.
For example, to search for a code for your TV:
    1. On the remote control, press TV once.
    2. Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice,
    then release SET.
    3. Enter 9 - 9 - 1.The LED will blink twice.
    4. Aim the remote control at the TV and slowly alternate
between pressing POWER and TV. Stop when the TV turns off
(after pressing POWER). If the device does not have a Power
key, you can substitute another function, such as digits 0 ~ 9 ,
    CH+, or PLAY).
NOTE: In the search mode, the remote control will send IR codes from
its library to the selected device, starting with the most popular code
    first.
    5. To lock in the code, press and release SET.The LED will
    blink twice.
    6. To search for the codes of your other devices, repeat steps
1 through 5, but substitute the appropriate device key for
the device you are searching for.
    CHECKING THE CODES
If you have set up the remote control using the Searching For Your Code procedure
as above, you may need to find out which four-digit code is operating
your equipment. For example, to find out which code is operating your
    TV:
    1. On the remote control, press TV once.
    2. Press and hold SET until the LED (red light) blinks twice,
    then release SET.
    3. Enter 9 - 9 - 0.The LED will blink twice.
    4. To view the code for the first digit, press 1 once.Wait 3
seconds, count the LED blinks (e.g., three blinks = 3) and
write down the number in the leftmost box in the TV
    code boxes on page 8.
NOTE: If a code digit is “0”, the LED will not blink.
    5. Repeat step 4 (on the previous page) three more times for
remaining digits.Use 2 for the second digit, 3 for the third
digit, and 4 for the fourth digit.Write down the code digits
in the remaining TV code boxes on page 8.
    6. To check for codes of other devices, repeat steps 1
through 5 (starting on the previous page), but substitute
the appropriate device key for each device you are checking.
Write down the device’s code digits in the appropriate
    code boxes on page 8.
I could not find the codes but you can follow these instruction to program without codes

    Help

ok, you can also try the following without a code, I have a question for you since those codes didn't work, the manual that I gave you, the picture of the remote is the same, similar, or totally different? If you can give me the model of the remote (not the brand name) I may be able to find something even more specific or it might have different codes but the below can be done without a code and since you say that the remote seems to be programming, just not accepting the codes, then I think the following should work, it just may take some time. That manual that I sent you, you should probably print out and the directions below are from it. Thank you

    Programming with Code Search
    1. Manually turn on the device (TV, VCR, etc.) to be
    controlled.
    2. Press and hold Code Search button until the red
indicator stays on. Release the Code Search button.
    3. Press and release the desired mode button (TV, VCR,
    etc.).
The red indicator blinks, then stays lit.
    4. Press the Channel Up button repeatedly (up to 300
times) until the device to be controlled changes
channel. The red indicator blinks, then stays lit. If
you accidentally overshoot the code required, press
the Channel Down button to backtrack through the
library until the device changes channel. Pressing
Channel Up changes direction to forward again.
Press and release the Mute button to install the
    code.
The above assumes that you want to store VCR codes
under the VCR button, Cable codes under CBL, etc. If
you want to store a VCR code under CBL, etc., first
follow the procedure on page 10 and try ANY CBL code
from the code tables, e.g. press CBL in step 2, page 10,
and then enter ANY VCR code. Then follow the steps
    above.
Note: If the device does not have a Channel Up button,
use Play (VCR only) or Power instead. Code Search
starts from the currently stored three digit number
under that mode e.g. if the mode has 100 codes and the
currently stored code is 050 then the Code Search starts
from 051 continuing to 100 before looping back to 000
and finishing at 050. This simplifies the process if you
find that several preprogrammed codes operate your
device by allowing you to bypass codes already tried.
