The heat control knob needs to be replaced. This controls the amount of electricity that foes to the burner. Sometimes the burner itself has too much resistance and will only work when full current is applied. Hope this helps, please post a comment that this is solved on fixya.com. If the fan is working o/k, then the oven elemment has probably failed.
This is located at the rear of the oven compartment behind a removeable cover.
If the fan is not working, then it it could be the timer is on auto, and not on the manual setting. Check your user instructions.
You have to remove the complete top assy as one unit. To do this you need to remove the side panels, there are screws at the rear, and some at the front of the oven, you will then be able to see the screws securing the top
The top then slides towards the rear, then you can gain access to the timer unit.
