Question about Garden
I purchased a Ryobi blower vac online on 2/4/08. Used it once then stored it in its box in my spare room ready for the autumn.
Took it out to garden to use today, plugged it in and 'nothing'. No power on light or anything.
Iv'e checked there is nothing wrong with my wall socket and I've replaced the fuse in the plug.
I've checked the bag is correctly attatched and the nozzle too as the manual says without these correctly attatched it won't work, in fact I have even removed them both and re-attatched them to be sure that is not the problem.
I cant think of anything else that might prevent it from accepting power and as the company from which it was purchased is no longer showing on web I cant ask for their help, but the guarentee says I can take it with purchase receipt to any Ryobi service centre. Problem is I dont drive and there does not appear to even be even a stockist local so I would need to post it too somewhere prepared to fix it under its guarentee. ANY SUGGESTIONS.
