Question about Televison & Video
If you have windows nt, 2000, or xp, you will need to use the setup cd for that OS that came with your computer.
If you don't have one you can download an iso cd image or a floppy disk image from bootdisk.com. The exe files from that site are safe to use. Just insert a floppy and run the program, and it will create a bootdisk.
