From time to time, I've the same white screen problem with my IIYAMA E1902WSV.
I can resolve that issue with a reset to factory settings. 1- Turn ON power (blue led) 2- Push on the MENU button and keep the button pushed while pulling out the power cord. 3- Plug the power cord back while keeping the MENU button pushed.

Make sure that the moniter power button is off.
Unplug monitor from mains ( the auto exit button should flash red after about five seconds and you hear a popping sound.)

let go of + and - buttons
wait a few seconds and press menu, a hidden menu will appear in the top right
