The only time that had ever happened to me it was because the bill was overdue or was showing as overdue. Contact your carrier.

try saving the contact to your phone instead of the SIM. This may solve your problem,

Unable to send or recieve calls and texts. It is not the sim card

try using a different sim in your set to confirm whether it is a set problem or sim problem. If it is a set problem, restore the factory settings.

Phone wont send or recieve txts

On every phone there are settings that can stop you sending texts. However all phones should still receive texts even if all the settings were changed. As the text message is directed to you mobile number you should still be receiving?
When you compose your text and select contact does the phone move them to the out/sent box?
Settings to check for sending are your 'message centre number' (your network provider can supply and they are normally different for pay monthly and pay & go) 'Message sent as' should be 'text' (not fax or email etc).
Text problems are common where people change or delete digits from the message centre number by mistake.
If you cannot receive texts i would recommend speaking to your provider for help as it may be your account details at their end? (beyond your control). Hope that helps?

I can not send txt from my Motorola W375 i can recieve txt make calls recieve calls but can not send txt i was told 2 change the message centre no. how can i do this?

Somce cell phone carriers can block outgoing texts, separately from incoming texts.. You might want to check with your cell company and see if they accidentally blocked your incoming.

Incoming calls and txts problem...

Once again I will repeat; DON'T reset your phone unless you know exactly what you are doing, you could do more harm than good...

It sounds like your phone is on divert all calls. Try:
Go to TOOLS,
SETTINGS,
CALL DIVERT,
VOICE CALLS, in the options select CANCEL ALL DIVERTS.

This is activated by your phone, but the changes are at the exchange.
