Me too my mp3 (T200) is frozen it won't do anything..... So you're right and I agree with you....

i suppose you have hit the lock button, from which you wont be able to play or do anything untill you unlock it...it's got connections at the top for the lock button.if its not so then hold the home and top buttons which wil make the ipod to reboot!!!!

Screen froze up on't do anything

Try resetting it by sliding and holding power button for about 15 seconds. Go to http://www.sansa.com/support for more troubleshooting and FAQs. Hope this helps and don't forget to rate the answers.

Froze

Try prerssing all the buttons on the Sansa's face at the same time holding it down for a few seconds until the screen shuts down then turn it on again. This should work

There may be a pinhole somewhere on it that would reset it. Use a paperclip in the pinhole.

Froze

If not mistaken, press and hold the power button for 10 or so seconds and it should cut power to the Sansa. You can then power it back up.
