A few questions/problems when using Word on my MacBook:
- How to delete words to the right of the cursor?
- What key stroke do I use for the Home and End keys that I had on my PC?
- When opening a document that was created using a different version of Word and was created on a PC, there are a few letters that come up wrong. For example, 'August' is spelled 'Nugust'. This only happens with 3 words in the document: 'Nay' instead of 'May', 'Nugust' instead of 'August', and 'Ectober' instead of 'October'. When I put the cursor to the right of the wrong letter and delete and retype it, it still comes up incorrectly, however if I type the word, using the exact same formatting, somewhere else in the document (even right next to the incorrect word) then cut and paste it (or simply delete the word entirely), it comes out fine. But when I save it and open the document again later the problem persists. Additionally, when I send the document to people using a PC, the letters appear correctly when they open it. I can't figure out what's going on...
Many thanks.
