Question about Canon Printers & Copiers
I am interested in buying a reconditioned B&W Digital Copier. At present I am using a Xerox 440. I have short listed 2 machines a canon IR3300 & canon 405. Can you please recomened for which machine I should go for, or should I buy another Xerox 440.
Definitely go with the 3300 (if you haven't already). It's one of the best B&W copiers Canon has ever produced. The 3300s still sold as refurbs by Canon in the US so parts will be around for them over there for quite a while yet.

The Canon IR3300 is the newest model out of the two and so is probably the best option. The IR405 is half part digital and part analogue so you may have trouble finding parts for this machine if they were needed. The IR3300 is a fully digital photocopier so finding parts for it should not be such a problem. You can find more information about Canon photocopiers and downloadable brochures here.
