I hope it's SMPS power supply is broken.
You didn't mention any symptoms but if it just refuses to turn on you are probably right.
One word of caution; finding a bad IC, a failed transistor or diode may only be a sign of the illness. Check every electrolytic capacitor in the supply; there are thousands of failures of some values and if you find some failed, hope for & check the date codes on the replacments and try to avoid the period of 2003 to 2006. There are millions of capacitors from many different companies that have defective electrolyte in them.

It isn't uncommon to use molded tabs that would normally be found 180 degrees away from a few screws; i.e. if the screws you have found are located low on the back, carefully pry along that edge to see if it will come out; if it does, then the other edge may slide out when the first edge is pulled out somewhat.

Also, for cosmetic reasons (appearance) some screws may be under plugs that are fitted into the holes to conceal the screws.
If that is the case, the plugs may be damaged when removing them.

Hello,

The picture board on your monitor is bad, since it goes off after few seconds and the power led or button is on, it means the picture board of your monitor has developed fault.

The best thing for you to do now is to take the monitor to a local repairer or service center within your vicinity to help with the replacement of the picture board because the fault is not something you can fix yourself, in order not to complicate issues.

Take care.

You will need to check for any pico fuses that run along those capacitor lines they may be marked as pf or nf on the pcb
