HELLO SIR,
I HAVE 256MB RAM BUT LAST DAY WHEN I SWITCH MY RAM IN THE M. BOARD OF INTEL. ITS GOING SO HOT BUT WORKING AFTER ONE MINUTE COMPUTER DISPLAY BECOME BLUE SCREEN ..
SO PLZ TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW......

The ram memory you switched is bad take it out and see if it still does it , if not then you need new ram memory

check the ram to know if it is actually working or sitting properly.......check the VGA port...........try another monitor on your board........lastly try the monitor on another board and if it works you board is bad

2 x 184-pin DDR DIMM socket support up to 2 GB
recommended: 1GB x 2 DDR 333

you could have a driver problem, but i would expect you to require more than 256MB of ram work along side a dualcore processor, you should have atleast 1GB ram.
