Ford wiring diagrams are published in a booklet called "vacuum and electrical troubleshooting" guide. It is copyrighted so it is not on the web except in small pieces. Try and find a used booklet on eBay.
MOST of the time there will be a diagram in the booklet that comes with the new motherboard. If you bought it second hand or the booklet isn't in the box I will need the make and model board you are using to put into the unit and the tower specs. That way I can be 100% on the diagram.
