Keyboard Letters are jumping during any writing in Internet or email
I am facing trouble in solving these problem, one of my friend having MS Win Xp 2002 home edition and IE 7.0, facing issue of writing anything, inbetween the words goes upand down , like someone moving her mouse without touching.
So far I had checked her system personally on Remote, did not find any problem with keyboard, I also make change with the new keyboard but no luck. Could you guide me what to do next.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

First check your mouse, if you notice your writing e-mails and your mouse jumps around it's not hard for it to accidentally click the "send" button. (happens, trust me). If that's the case try turning sensitivity down, next would be keyboard- either software or hardware. Give your keyboard a good cleaning and make sure there's nothing causing a button to be stuck or anything, if your keyboard is fine you can check to make sure every key is typing appropriately (region and language settings, explore to find keyboard options), if it's still having trouble consider doing a virus/spyware scan on your computer as this can also cause "miss-clicks" at times. If all else fails, try a live CD to see if it's hardware or software (or run local diagnostics if Toshiba included it)
Is there a USB keyboard available? If so, plug that in and see if it works properly. A restart should clear out any software hangup.
The keyboard itself is connected to the logic board internally through only four wires, so it's unlikely a hardware fault would take out all the letters and leave the rest of the keyboard working. A matrix failure would take out some letters and possibly some numbers.
ya got a few choices here 1. get a better computer 2. upgrade your computer 3. use a different computer 4. stop using yahoo mail 5. start using other free mail sites 6. stop watchin the clock 7. go to bed and stop stressing that you have a bad computer/internet connection

I'll agree it sounds like your system is being bogged down by malicious software i reccomend downloading and installing a free anti-virus software. Once you have an anti-virus software installed you want to update to the newest virus definitions just so you can get all of those pesky little things out of your system all at once.I've heard AVG works well and if free personally i like norton but it's costly. If your problem still continues pick up a can of compressed air and clean your keyboard but it sounds like a software problem not a hardware problem.
