Question about Lexmark Office Equipment & Supplies
Sounds like a problem with the print driver. Delete the printer and then download the most current driver for your operating system directly from Lexmark. ( this was posted under the generic Lexmark page). If this is not a Lexmark printer, then choose the appropriate link for the manufacture.
Here is a list of possible driver locations:
without knowing the make and model, it is impossible to give you the correct location to download your driver, however, most manufactures have a download drivers page.
