Firstly, go to the manufacturer's website, if you know it, or google it if you do not know the web address. Then, if you find it go to supprt and with careful searching you should find it
If this does not work try googling your motherboard's model number with the phrase "user manual" as a suffix, e.g. soyo sy6bb user manual or a210dgms user manual, etc This should work.
If it has not found your motherboard try searching www.motherboards.org
I have noted that most results seem to be in English, other languages are less well catered for.

no problem at all download cpuz.exe which will give the complete detail of mother board and than you can download drivers for the same chipset. else you can try mercury 845 cd and try to install drivers from the it manually by using device manager and updating drivers from there only and not by setup.exe ok

I need a mother board drivers cd for mercury PI845GVM-AGP, V:5.0A
There are a lot of equivalent model available on other manufacturer websites. but the best way is to run belarc advisor and check the drivers needed. From there you can then download drivers and burn it in a cd.
