We have to change firewall settings in our Fios router. I just don't know which ports or udp to open.
SOURCE: 980: Fatal Error
From the Service Manual:
*Service call
980:Error
*Error by media
clinging to the fuser
*Media has clung to the fuser.
*Power OFF
Replace the fuser unit.
Suggestion -
Before you replace the fuser, take it out and check for a piece of stuck label, paper, etc. You can spin the fuser roller by turning the gear on the side.

Unfortunately it's a Hardware problem.
If you bought it from a dealer, contact them.
Error 020
When an error has occurred in the controller board (CU) or the program Rom.
Resolution:
Replace the Rom Dimm, see chart below for the
correct part number. If the Rom Dimm does not correct the issue, then
replace the (CU) controller board. Please refer to the service manual
for (CU) part number depending on the printer revision

From OKI error list:
Error 172 - Upper Heater Temp State: High
Heat Roller Thermistor indicates high temp
Solution:
Turn off printer, let cool down.
If problem still exists seek service
SOURCE: Oki C9300 - paper keeps
your getting a 383 paper jam, find paper in two different places.
See if it's a duplex related problem. print single sided documents, if that works, try printing two sided documents (it'll be the duplexer) if it only fails while printing duplex.
Also, check the back door. Make sure the back exit tray is closed all the way.
You can also have a paper jam in the duplex unit (open the front door), the duplex unit slides out the front. You can easily remove the duplex unit and run the printer without it.
