Question about GE Profile Spectra JGBP90 Gas Kitchen Range
When I put the oven on cleaning mode, I accidently opened the oven door and it was in the lock mode. . . now I can close the door completly. . . and my oven will not turn on? What to do?
Sounds like you have a latch/lock issue. the unit seems to think the door is still currently locked, preventing proper operation, i would try to see if you can locate the door/light switch and manually trip it with your hand(turning off light). then while keeping depressed activate the self clean mode again, the machine will try to engage the lock/latch, as soon as it does then cancel it and it will return back to a normal resting location. you must keep the light switched pushed in order for this to work correctly
