Firstly, you don't have to do every single frame again, unless you want it to be a fbf (frame by frame).
Secondly, one way to do lip syncing in flash, is to input the audio, and make lip movements. To test if you've done the lip sync right, test the video. Repeat process, till its perfect. You don't need anything else.

Downloaded latest adobe flash player but iplayer still wont play?

Things they don't tell you

When installing the newest version of Adobe Flash Player, it will NOT automatically uninstall the old version.

If the old version is still there, the new version will not install.

Fun stuff, huh?

Use the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller tool.

http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Go down to -
1. Download the uninstaller for Flash Player,
and click on the blue - uninstaller (674KB)

A small window will come up on the Right -
Opening uninstall_flash_player.exe
Click on Save File.

Another small window will come up on the left. (Download window)
After the file has fully downloaded, DOUBLE-click on it.
Click on Next, Next, and Finish.

Run the tool.
When finished restart your computer if not asked to do so.
Now go here,

http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

[NOTE*
Suggest clicking on the box to the left of -
Yes, install McAfee Security Scan Plus, ya-da, ya-da.
Removes the green checkmark.
McAfee bl-ows, and just slows your computer down anyway ]

I'm different. I use Mozilla Firefox. Don't care for Chrome, and sure don't care for Internet Explorer.

HI, I have a very old compaq cmputer{15 yrs} and cannot download any flash adobe or WI-FIRE. Not very good at piecing things together. Thanks

Educated guess:

That would put the machine at around 1996. Maybe running Windows 95 or 98 on some very old hardware (Pentium 200 MHz MAX).

Even if you could download flash there would not be a version available for your OS anymore.

Sorry, but At 15 years old my best suggestion would be to retire the box and replace it. There is really nothing meaningful you can do with it in today's environment.

The example box below is circa 1995.

Compaq Presario model 5528
The Compaq Presario line was very successful for Compaq. The Presario Model 5528 came with a one-piece integrated monitor and CPU, Intel Pentium processor, 75 MHz, 16 Mb RAM, 34Kb Modem, CD ROM drive, and built in speakers.

Where can I take my computer to get Flash player installed for Windows 7 ? I have tried and had a computer man try and I still cannot see videos.

I don't think you need to take it anywhere as the problem is due to Adobe not releasing a 64-bit version of Flash so in the mean time you'll have to use the 32-bit version of Flash with the 32-bit version Internet Explorer that comes pre-loaded with the 64-bit version of Windows 7. Adobe has said that a Flash plugin for 64-bit browsers will be available in the next major version after 10.1 (presumably 11). Hope that makes sense but shout if you need further clarification.

2. On the right part of the page click on Get Adobe Flash Player
3. In "Install Adobe Flash Player" page, it is recommended to unchecked the free Mcafee Security Scan if your computer already has a anti-virus software.
4. Click on Agree and Install now.

5. You'll see this message, click the link to download the flash player.
Thank You! Your download will start automatically.
If it does not start, click here to download

6. Choose the location to save the flash player file.
Saved files from Mozilla Firefox is located under Downloads folder under My Documents while Desktop is the default location of files downloaded from Internet Explorer.
7. After downloading the flash player, close all browser to begin with the Adobe Flash Player Installation.
8 Double Click the Adobe Flash Player file from your computer, to install ( It only runs in a matter of second to finish )
