Question about NetGear WGR614 Wireless Router
Look at the part of the 614 where the jacks are. One of the vent holes isn't :-) If you take a paper clip and push it into the hole, you will reset the router back to the day it was taken out of the box (hold the clip in for 10 seconds or so).
Netgear.com has a downloadable manual, but the default address is 192.168.1.1 and the username and password is admin and password. It can also be reached by going to www.routerlogin.com
or just key in the gateway address. Your computer needs to be in the same domain, which it will if you use get dhcp and just plug into any of the ports on the router. Setup consists of letting the wizard configure the router and you turn on wireless and give it a password.
