I also noted that a Print Queue of 4 had built up while trying to get the Printer to operate. I could only delete 3 of these. My only option was then to take the mains plug of the Printer out.I then managed to reduce the Print Queue to nil. When I plugged the Printer back into the power it operated correctly.
I was not prepared to pay a Premium rate in order to get the problem sorted as the the Printer is under 3 months old and any advice I would have expected to be free under the Warranty. If the problem had not been sorted out I would have returned the Printer to the Supplier for action.
