Will not boot in to windows keep reseting error. 100a biohd -8 hd535-3 hd535-6 hd521-4 hd521-2

boot your laptop in safe mode by pressing F8 while starting the computer. follow this link http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/malwarebytes/mbam-setup-1.51.1.1800. download and install antimalwarebyte while in safe mode. Run a complete scan, restart the laptop, update your antivirus and do a complete scan and you will be good. If your laptop restarts when trying to boot into safe mode, then you need to repair your Operating system with its original disk. This would solve your problem. Please give me a feedback

It turns into blue screen with white texts and from below, its says terminating (memory-something) and has a countdown... and reboots itself. computer: Compaq Presario PC SR5050NX

Its probably saying memory dump and the countdown. This is mostly encountered after some kinda change on the pc. It can be new hardware, software or just plain windows update. Lots of times it ends up being a corrupt driver. Try to boot in to safe mode and see doe sit still do same thing. if not than you know it is software related and you can do system restore. To boot in to safe mode on reboot keep on tapping key F8 and choose safe mode. Once in safe mode if it works go to start, all programs, accessories, system tools and choose system recovery. choose like a week back and click next and this will do a restore to when pc was working, fine. If you cant boot into safe mode it is possible it has issues with hardware and this should be checked out by a pc repair shop. Another option you can try if same mode dont work try to do same thing on boot keep on tapping key F8 and instead choosing safe mode try choosing Last Known Good Configuration. this is similar to restore. Hope this helps.

How do I get out of safe mode on my computer?

Reboot. Typically, safe mode indicates a memory error as recently happened to your pc. It was an enhancement in XP to keep the system from blue screening.
Sometimes when rebooting XP will take you to monochrome screen (think old timey digital) and will ask if you want to boot with SAFE MODE or not. Choose no.
If this does not resolve your problem then I'd either reload Windows or take it to a certified technician.

My dell dimension 5521's lights 3 and 4 flash, nothing on screen

Have you tried booting up in safe mode to see if it comes on then. If you can then you will have installed something that isnt working with your computer which is causing it not to boot properly. When you swith the comp on you should see some option ie f2 for boot menu. I think its f8 you need to keep pressing then you will get another menu after a couple of seconds saying boot in safe mode, boot in safe mode with networking, boot windows normally or boot windows in last known working state. boot in safe mode see if it works. Hope this helps.

I have an acer 5920 laptop, when i start my computer it keeps re-booting before it reaches the home page, have no idea why this happens, battery i fully charged and connected to the mains too, Karl.

Try to boot in safe mode F8 and run scandisk and defrag from system tools, then try to boot again and see if that fixed it. If not it may be a Virus, I highly doubt it's a hardware issue, but if it is it's most likey a bad memory module, so if you have more than one module you will want to take them out one at a time and see if that fixes it. But first try the safe mode boot.

Hope this helps

Lsass.exe error insufficient system resources exist to complete the API. what can i do to fix that. thanks I have the same problem in Windows XP but can not get past the error message. It will not start.

Try to boot to the safe mode, when use the splash screen of your system press f8, you will be able to choose there safe mode or safe mode with networking. Make sure that there is no virus or spyware.
Check in Task Manager and see how much physical memory is being used.
Then check your PF Usage, the problem may be a lack of virtual memory.
Go to System Properties > Advanced and under Performance Options click Settings. Then click on the Advanced tab and click Change under Virutal Memory.
-Click Custom size and set the Initial size to 384MB and Maximum to 768MB.
Then try to reboot and then defrag, reboot again.

Emachines E4062 I keep getting , We oppoligise for the inconvenience but windows did not start successfully. And it keeps doing the same over and over again .

Try starting it in Safe Mode by pressing F8 as the computer boots and selecting Safe Mode. If this allows you to do this then you will be able to restore your computer to an earlier time when you know it was working without any problems.

If the computer boots in safe mode, everything will look bigger on the screen, don't worry about that for now. Click on Start>programs>accessories>system tools>system restore and choose a date when you know your computer was working without any problems and click on restore. Once this has been accomplished the computer will restart. If asked choose start winows normally.

Hopefully this will resolve your problem

I have a Compaq labtop and when I turn it on, it remains on the Black Microsoft corporation page and won't progress any further. It's not even a year old yet. i can't log on or do anything. Please help!

This should be under PC Laptops, not desktops.

Start the laptop up. As soon as it starts, keep hitting the F8 key until you get a list of options that includes 'boot in safe mode'.

Try to boot in safe mode and let me know what happens.
