Konica error 35

Error F35 for Konica seems to be "low fuser temperature" error.
Could be a sensor or the fuser unit itself.
You should also try turning off the unit for about 10 minutes (unplug) and then restart it.

I have a Konica 7145. It has error code

This is a fixing unit over temperature fault. The device has detcted the fixing unit has gone over 470 degrees F.

You will need to check the Thermisters in the fixing unit, and repair or replace as needed.
Service mode DIP Switch needs to be reset after repairing.

WARNING
• When F34-∗∗, F35-∗∗ or F36-∗∗ (fixing temperature related abnormality) occurs, be sure to repair a defective part before setting the 25 DIPSW 3-1 to 0.

F35 error code

Warm-up was not completed
within a specified period from
the start of warm-up.
• The low fixing temperature
fault detection software is
activated.

The fixing temperature at the
end of warm-up is less than the
specified temperature.
• The low fixing temperature
fault detection software is
activated.

The fixing lamp does not turn
OFF within the specified period.

SOLUTION

Rewrite the data at
address “P47” in the
25 mode to “0”.

(1) Turn the main switch OFF.
(2) While pressing the numerical keys 2 and 5 of the copy
quantity setting button, turn the main switch ON. This
will enable the 25 Mode. The 25 Mode is used exclusively
to rewrite in memory and, therefore, does not
support normal copy operations.

Error code f-35-8

Hi,

On most Konica copiers, an F35 error indicates:
1. low temperature of the fuser; and/or
2. open lamp; or
3. open thermo wire fuse; or
4. open thermistor; or
5. or anything heat related at start or warm up.

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.
