click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I was playing the games on my ipod nano and it froze

when it freezes like that you either have to much memory on it but when they came out with those nanos they froze alot and there isnt really anything to do besides try to let the battery die and turn it on again

My ipod has froze on connected eject before disconnecting

this is easy
press and hold center, and menu button - this resets the ipod firmware (holding play to turn the iPod "off" only puts it to sleep)

My ipod froze after i took it off my ipod dock

Hi there,

It sounds like you should reset the Ipod. Don't worry, it won't erase anything on it.
Here's how: Press and hold both the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

If that doesn't help, look at this page which describes pretty much all the issues you could have with your Ipod Touch and how to solve them:

Good luck!

you can try to run the batteries down or you can try to open it, disconnect the battery and connect it again, before closing it see if the unit was reseted.
