Question about Whirlpool GHW9100L Front Load Washer
After the cycle is complete, when I open the drawer to add my detergent/beach/fabric softener for the next load there is a third of an inch of water in the detergent compartment ( I do use HE detergent and rarely fill the detergent to the MAX line because I use the concentrated detergent). The bleach and fabric softener compartments have some product left in them although not that much (again, I use the concentrated HE products so I rarely go to the MAX fill line.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

a quart of water over the course of a cycle is pretty significant, other then trying to remove the fabric softener section looking for a blockage in the dispensor(which is basic and should be real evident ) theres not much more for you the consumer to look for.(or should you have to for that matter its why you bought a NEW appliance). As for the service , you've purchased a Whirlpool product, therefore you can call any whirlpool authorized Company out to service you dont need to wait for Sears!!!!!!!

Whirlpool has designed this drawer as a siphon feed and soap and softener go as 1, 2 punch followed by bleach mid cycle.

Normal- the machine does not know if it's in there or not. I cannot see your repyl due to some tech issue w/ the site, so it may be a day or so before I can reply again. Please leave feedback for me if appropriate. Thanks

SOURCE: Whirlpool Duet dispenser problem
this is joyce
You need to call who ever you bought it from and tell them the problem that you are having, I have the same set and I am not having that problem at all. I love my set, just be sure to use the he detergent, or you will have problems that the manufactr will not help with.
Dont overload machine the clothes wont smell clean.
