Picture comes out blurry

There are three main reasons for blurry pictures.
Pictures may come out blurry if they're not focused properly. If some objects are sharp and others are not, this may indicate focusing on the wrong subject. This is usually not a major problem with compact point&shoot cameras since they have such a wide field of focus that almost everything will be in focus anyway.
Subject motion. If moving objects blur while stationary objects remain sharp then the shutter speed is too slow to freeze the motion. Try switching to the sports mode, and/or add more light.
Camera motion. This is the most common cause. Set your camera on a table or other stable surface and use the self-timer to take a picture. Take another one while holding the camera. Compare the two on your computer.

My indoor pictures are blurred and hazy -- not crisp and focused

Check to see if the lens is dirty? Clean with T-shirt soaked and dried in detergent. Then check the picture as well as to see if lens will move when you aim at different distance. Do not use motion stabilizer on weak lighting situation, but take pictures on a tripod.

I have a Nikon D5000 and my daughter is a competitive cheerleader and every competition the lighting is always dark and on the stage is really bright. My problem is i can't seem to get good pictures with...

Photographing in low-light situations is always problematical. I'm going to assume you can't add more light, and go on to other things.

The blurring is caused by subject motion. Because the light level is so low, the shutter has to remain open for longer and thus a moving subject blurs.

Raise the sensitivity of your camera to light. Turn the ISO up. This will lead to digital noise, looking something like film grain. However, given the choice between a grainy picture and no picture...

Use the fastest lens you have, and open it up all the way. Switch to the Aperture-priority mode by turning the mode dial to A and turn the command dial to get the largest aperture (smallest f/number). This will give you the fastest shutter speed possible under the conditions. Unfortunately, the kit lenses usually sold with the D5000 are not very fast. If you see professional photographers at a basketball game or a night football game, you'll notice they're using big lenses. Unfortunately, such lenses cost $2000 and more.

Try to catch the action at its peak. For example, during a jump there's a brief instant when she stops going up and is yet to start going down. You may have to take dozens of pictures just to get one good one, but you're not paying for film and printing the bad ones, so take pictures. Lots of pictures.

1993 f 150, the blower motor for the heat does not have high, only low and med

These motors use three separate sets of blower motor windings which Low, Medium, and High. The chances are that the selector switch is ok and the High winding or set on the blower motor is not good.

I do not know the color coding of the motor to be able to put 12 volts on one of the windings of the motor to try and force the high to make sure it is actually getting to the motor.

The only way to be certain is to get to the Speed Selector switch and try and find out if 12 volts is being selected to the high side of the switch that goes to the motor. You will have to take the dash apart, which is easier prob. better than replacing the motor which is in the firewall. You might be able to replace it from the engine compartment at a autowrecker, but the high may be a problem Chevy had.
So if you figure out the color of the wire that is the 12 V high, then with the car on and in the high position, apply 12 directly at the motor by exposing part of the wire with a razor blade or a poke through with a sharp tool just to see if it comes on.
Temp solution - Assume the motor is good and the switch may be bad, Remove the medium speed wire and swap it with the High wire and see if it runs on high. Then you will have Low and High ONLY.

There is allot there good luck!

Blurred pictures

if this is digital camera then the batteries have nothing to do with blurry pictures, however replacing them could cause all of your settings to be changed back to factory default. Make sure you are in the camera's auto mode, this can be a switch of a knob, and enable the flash and you should be taking crisp photos in no time,
