I have an error message that reads load A4 in any tray. I have loaded paper in every tray possible but it doesn't fix anything. Does anyone know what I need to do?
The problem could be that on the side of the blue nobe. On the same side there is a small white switch. Switch from A-B to the US/ english. I would just switch it the other directions. That should do it for you.... Unless you have the dial in the wronge place..

If your Canon Image Runner 2520 printer is displaying an error message 000110 and is not taking paper when you try to install it, there could be a few different issues causing the problem. Here are a few things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the paper tray: Make sure the paper tray is properly loaded and aligned. If the paper is not correctly aligned or is damaged, it can cause the printer to display an error message and not take paper.
Check the printer's settings: Make sure the printer's settings are properly configured for the type of paper you are using. If the settings are not correctly configured, it can cause the printer to display an error message and not take paper.
Check the printer's connections: Make sure the printer is properly connected to the computer and that the connections are secure. If the printer is not properly connected or the connections are loose, it can cause the printer to display an error message and not take paper.
Check for any other visible issues: Inspect the printer and its components for any visible issues that may be causing the problem. This can include debris or foreign objects that may have gotten stuck in the printer, or damage to the printer or its components.
If you have tried these troubleshooting steps and the problem persists, it may be necessary to have the printer serviced by a professional. A technician will be able to diagnose the problem and determine the necessary repairs.

Hello, if the message add paper related with specific paper size i.e. add A4 paper in drawer, first you need to check is the paper senzor in drawer set to correct paper size - it is blue circle with markins of paper size. Second thing under printer driver properties on PC check if the correct paper size is choosen.
A3 is a metric size paper. The document you are trying to print must have been formated for metric size paper. When you print select "Fit to printer margins" De-select "Choose paper source by PDF page size" and select the proper page size and source.
It is a fixing film position error. The fixing film is probably damaged or is just tracking off center. If the fixing film is ratched then replace the entire upper fixing unit. You can get just the film but its a job even experienced techs cringe at. Check the lower roller and bushings while you are at it. If anything is worn there it can cause the film to track off center.
