Flashing E:04 The machine beeps that it is finished but it is not and the E:04 is flashing.  When I did get the door open once for the first load, it had not been in spin mode. Do not know how to get it to spin dry.  Then did a second load with water in the tub and got the same problem - flashing E:04. Help. Please.

Further on the solution provided on Oct. 28th.

The circular cover is on the front, below the door on the 3200UC. Use an unfolded large paper clip or in my case a large safety pin and push in where there is a small hole. Rotate the cover slightly and it opens. Once you get that open, there is a valve to unscrew. Be sure to have towels or sponges around as this will drain what ever water is left in the drum. Unscrew the cover only a little until water starts to leak out. Once it's drained, remove the valve cover completely. There is then another white plastic piece that you can gently pry out with a flat head screw driver. Once that's out, you'll be at the main drain. In my case there was an infant sock blocking the drain. I removed that and the machine works like a charm again.

Hope the details help a bit. Thanks for the original solution!

I was able to fix the problem on my Bosch WFMC3200US. There is a circular cover that can be remove, (remove carefully cuz I damaged mine), and behind the cover is a cap that you can unscrew ( a gas-cap type). Once you unscrew the cap, you can have access to the drainage that comes from the laundry to the outtake valve. Clean any hairs and other debris that maybe preventing the flow of the water.

Affinity frigidare front load washer won't start. It beeps with message flashing (DR)

Hello zabbster - Typically the DR or DO error code indicates that the door switch is not closed. Make sure that the door lock is completely closed. If the door is closed, make sure the door latch is not broken. If the latch is broken, you may possibly need to replace the door lock switch.

Washing machine has stopped and a symbol of a key is flashing. Door will not open and no program will work

The key and flashing = child lock.

To get rid of this - turn to normal setting, press the power switch and keep pressing for several seconds. The symbol should disappear and the beeping should stop.

Finished, wash and spin lights flashing. Door

I just had this problem! To get the clothes out, open door manually (follow answers on other threads here about opening toe panel and gently pulling down on door release). But as it turned out, I didn't need to remove the clothes, and now my washer is working again.

A local repairman gave me this advice over the phone. Make sure dial is switched to off. Unplug your machine, then plug it back in. Hold down the rinse and delay buttons with one hand. With the other hand, switch the dial from off to cold or warm or whatever cycle you want. All the buttons flash a few times, then just the start button flashes. The second time I tried this, my washer worked afterwards. I've done several loads today with no problem.

Will not drain ....E-04 is flashing...this was a test load, just finished opening front access plug and draining w/ shop vac, could not find any thing down there to cause a blockage.....?????

Your pump is plugged. There is a round 'door' on the lower front of the washer. There is a small hole near the door. Put a small screwdriver blade in the hole, push in (just a little), and you can rotate the door clockwise, the door will come out and you can get to the problem.

Immediately facing you is a black connector, about 4 inches (10cm) in diameter. When you unscrew this, all the water left in the washer will spill out onto the floor. (We used a pile of towels to catch this). The Black connector unscrews counterclockwise, and takes quite a few turns. Once you have it out, you'll find the source of your clog.Remove it, screw the black connector back in, and the washer ran fine.
After a couple of loads (to make sure there was no leak) put the door back on...and rotate . And thats it your problem is fixed

Flashing F what is this

This is usually too much detergent or severely out of balance load. Unplug the washer, this will allow you to open the door to re-balance or eliminate very heavy items from the drum. Close door re-plug and restart machine. If this doesn't do the trick repeat the unplug and reset the dial to rinse/spin to clear excess detergent once finished restart normal wash cycle.

Indesit wil 103 door won't open...

Welcome to Fixya.
Try holding the Start/cancel button in for at least 2 seconds.
If there is another lamp flashing at the same time as the door lamp, then you will have to call an engineer.

My tricity bendix washing machine flashing and beeping end light

Hi, we had something similar happen just before christmas. Our machine seemed to finish a cycle and started making beeping noise with end light flashing. Then when I switched it back on to do another load it just started beeping with end light flashing no matter what cycle was selected. Engineer has been out and advised that it is a fault with the motherboard so has ordered another one. Hope this is of some help. Machine was tricity bendix aw1400w.
