then i noticed my old cartridge did not have one , maybe it fell out when i remove the cartridge
so i did not install the fuse in the new one because i thought i did not need one ( ps i bought an aftermarket cartridge Samsung ML-2010D3 , slight modification ,i had to change the top plate , very easy)

that is because ur head of ur printing cartridge is damaged.
remove ur cartridges black as well as color
n install only black cartridge n check d blinking of lights on ur printer if it doesn't blinks it's mean ur black cartridge is OK but ur blinking of light on ur printer is same it's mean ur head of black cartridge is damaged
after this process remove the black one cartridge and install the color one cartridge n check d blinking of lights on ur printer if it doesn't blinks it's mean ur color cartridge is OK but ur blinking of light on ur printer is same it's mean ur head of color cartridge is damaged
now take a dry cotton cloth n gently clean ur cartridges head
install both cartridges on ur printer n check ur blinking light on ur printer
that will work only if u r too lucky other wise u have to purchase a one cartridge.
By load the toner, if you mean inserting the toner cartridge. Then i will give you instructions. In laser toner printer, there is toner cartridge, and not ink jet cartridge. In laser toner cartridges, there is a black color toner power and it does have any liquid ink, which ink jet cartridges have.To remove the laser toner cartridge from hp laser jet 1100 printer, its simple. The front door open and old toner cartridge comes out.Just pull the front door towards you. While inserting cartridge. If you have problem, then take note that, sticker side of the cartridge is towards you.On the cartridge there is a rectangle flap, which you hold in your hand. This is meant for holding the cartridge, while removing and inserting cartridge. The stick side will be in your side. There is a green color drum, the drum side will be on opposite site.--------------
Still any problem.Keep updated.But i think that will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
A 94x.xx TMC Error indicates that the printer has failed to detect the Toner Metering Cam for a specific cartridge. This error typically occurs when the cartridge or developer are misaligned or incorrectly seated
Your toner chip page counter has to be reached on last point (run out). Normally one OEM toner cartridge chip can print 2.5k pages, after that cartridge has been locked (although it's remain toner) and red light will be blinking. So, you can't able to take print furthermore in this state. You need to change cartridge chip or you can contact me by my mobile: +91 9330033560 or write a mail to my email id: <firstname.lastname@example.org> I have a solution for changing printer firmware which will make you printer permanent solution for taking print out without changing chip.
Exerpt taken from Dell Laser 1100 User Manual (p30)
1 Open the front cover. 2 Pull the used toner cartridge out and lift it up and away from the printer. 3 Unpack a new toner cartridge. Hold the cartridge carefully and gently shake it from sideto- side 5 or 6 times to distribute the toner. 4 Pull the tape to remove the protective paper. 5 Locate the cartridge slot inside the printer, one on each side. 6 Unfold the toner cartridge handle and grasp it. Insert the cartridge into the printer until it snaps into place. 7 Close the front cover. Make sure that the cover is securely closed. If it is not firmly closed, printing errors may occur.
