- Green light on front right goes on when I turn on the on switch. Sometimes, but not always, disk spins, but screen remains black. Have tried setting switch to line out with no effect. Is it likely that the machine is simply dead? - jfhallst

Please set below mentioned switch to OUT position. Problem will resolve.
