Question about Brother MFC-9440CN Laser Printer
Our printer is not printing clear copies. We are getting a color bleed through of red onto the black, making for a very murky, unprofessional copy. What is the solution? Should I have a service tech come out?
Hi, i fixed this problem but do have another however your solution might be to clean each cartridge using the user accesible sliders on each cartridge. they can be found by lifting each cartridge in succession and flipping the white cover up. on the left is a green knurled thumb thing. slide it back and forth 2-5 times and repeat for each cart.
