DS won't charge

The internal screen flex might have disconnected or got damaged. You might need to get open the DS by a qualifiad person as if you open it foir yourself, might get more damaged

Make sure the charger and the charge port are both connecting tightly and nothing is loos. Try moving around the charger and see if its charges

you need to get wifi at your house before you can use the wifi on the ds

try replacing battey

your battery is very low. Charge the battery for 3 hours. you can still play games, while it charges.

how do you know it is fully charged? i think it may be dead battery

I would suggest to go to Fred Meyer or an equivalant store and go to the electronics section. Find a new DS Lite battery.
