Question about Sony Computers & Internet
I would try to boot into safe mode first by pressing F8 during boot repeatedly to save as much data as possible, if the pc will not boot into safe mode another option is to simply to send the hard drive off to a lab that can pull any good infomation left on it off. Although I have been told that this can cost up to 500 dollars. And lastly if the information wasn't worth whatever high price it is in your home town, just do the system restore if you don't have a disk you can reach it by pressing F10 repeatedly at start up ... Hope this helps

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
