There might be something wrong with your system registry or may be the system drivers were not updated or because of computer virus, you were facing iTune error 2330 while installing iTunes. I would recommend you to use a registry cleaner software and check also for the drivers update in your system. We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occurred (306). please!

The 306 error is most commonly related to an Internet Connection problem. Make sure that iTunes is not being blocked by any sort of firewall or antivirus software that you have.

Hi,

This error can occur if you are not running the latest ITunes software or remove the SC Info folder. See support article from Apple for details on removing this SC info folder on your operating system: http://support.apple.com/kb/ts1597

I cannot access the iTunes store. I get an itunes store: error -50

The following alerts may appear when trying to download purchased content from the iTunes Store:
"There was an error downloading your purchased music. An unknown error occurred (-50)." This can happen when the connection timeout occurs while downloading purchased content from the iTunes Store. Certain types of software may also affect the way a computer sends and receives information from the internet. Here are a few examples of these types of software:
  • Firewalls
  • Web Accelerators
  • Ad Filters
  • Virus Protection Software
try to disable them for a while when you download something from iTunes.

some people have been doing this

Launch Internet Explorer
Click the Tools menu
Select Internet Options
Click the Connections tab
Click the LAN Settings button
Make sure that that "Use a proxy server for your LAN" checkbox is unchecked
Click OK till you are out of everything, and then close Internet Explorer
Try again in iTunes to load the store
do a google search for "itunes error 306" for other discussion boards on the topic, seems to have occured after an itunes update conflicting with OS (go figure right?)...hope this helps =)

I have Windows 7 and just installed PrintMaster 2.0 Platinum. I cannot print anything. here is the error message. PrintMaster 2.0 Platinum encountered the following error: java.lang.NumberFormatException:...

Hi,
I had the same problem. If you are using a french version of Windows, try to switch your regional settings to "English US". It worked for me. Every time we use an English software on a French version of Windows, we have compatibility problem... ;)
Good Luck!
