Question about Frigidaire FEF364DQ Electric Kitchen Range
The range clock got stuck at 3:35 and the oven will no longer work? Range top elements still work. I unplugged and plugged back in to see if it would reset and the clock did not come back on?
My range will not hold the heat for either the convection or regular heat. the model number is CGLEF385AS2

Hello G Rego - The range may be reset by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes, turn on the range and select bake or broil option. Should all troubleshooting measures fail, I would strongly recommend consulting a professional to move forward accurately. The range could possibly be experiencing a wiring failure, EOC (electronic oven control), sensor probe and/or faulty element(s). You can often local service providers by visiting the manufacturer website.
