Question about HP DeskJet 5150 InkJet Printer
I tried to print a rather large document and it did not print and gave me an error message. I a hurry I ignored the error message and canceled the print job, the next time I tried to print it still had the large job in que and I cannot delete, pause or cancel the job. Further, and new print jobs sit in que waiting to be printed after this first frozen job, but I can cancel them or delete them.
Have you tried unpluging your printer from the computer as well as unpluging the printer from the electrical? If that doesn't work you should start from scratch... that is remove the printer from the computer memory, delete it, turn off the computer, turn on the computer and go through the installation process as if you just purchased the printer. Barring any mechanical problems as in jams or the such, the printer should return to operational status.
