some of the old dells requires a wired keyboard with the round end. I have had that problem even with a usb keyboard it will not see it. then after you ahve install windows you can put on the other keyboard

Dell Computer SK-3106 driver

i have a Smartcard Blck USB Keyboard SK-3106 (9F506) but its not work properly tell me how i install the driver for this

You can download the driver here.  However, it is not compatible with some newer CAC Cards especially with Vista.  If you install the driver and it won't read, you need a new reader.  Sorry.
